Our Story

As a young boy I remember my grandmother Genueffa aka “Nana”, preparing the day's meals for my grandfather Pop Ricci and our family. Her day started at 4:30 am preparing and cooking for the day, breakfast, lunch and then dinner for whoever may come by along with our immediate family. Her cooking and food were the bedrock of our family, still talked about to this day! Nana’s Original Italian Meatball Mix is her recipe passed on to me. I served thousands of Nana’s Meatballs in my restaurant La Prima Caffe’ which I operated for 7 years on Federal Hill in Providence.

Now, after much demand and anticipation, I am thrilled to offer you the one way
